Found in the gardens of Minnesota Chile Company. The bloom of a *Hatch Big Jim chile pepper plant. With any luck, that bloom will result into a chile pepper pod that ends up on your dinner plate.
* Of course we all know that to be called a Hatch chile pepper that it must be grown in Hatch, NM. But for MN Chile Company we're using the term Hatch as the point of origin for the strain and the actual seeds.
