We all get concerned when our chile plants lose their blooms. But there's a distinct difference between flowers dropped post-pollination and when the entire flower bud drops. Observe the flowers to the left, you see just the petals themselves with a hollow in the middle indicating it dropped from the plant following pollination. This is good. Now looking at the flowers to the right. Clearly the entire flower, including its stem, have fallen from the plant. This is evil. Usually some environmental property changed causing the plant enough distress to have dropped the entire bloom. Some dropping is normal. If a majority or all of your blooms drop then it is time for some investigating.
